Chris at Canoodle is a grateful escapee of the advertising industry, who has succeeded in ditching the daily grind and finding happiness in a wok with some fiercely good flavours. Having tried street food once many years ago they were delighted to jump into the new wave of street food and have been canoodling their way around Birmingham ever since.

Their cooked to order principles mean that when service is in full swing there is a fantastic buzz inside the gazebo that will entice anyone to have a good look and want to try a mouthful or six! They blend all their spice mixes in house for a unique taste that will make you smile and then order more!

Local

Despite the Asian inspired food Canoodle source their food as locally as possible, with the meat being a prime example of this. Their pork is staunchly British and their imported food is always produced ethically.

Sustainable

All packaging is made from plant based materials. For example; food trays are made from palm leaf, dip pots are made from bamboo and take-away pots are made from sugar-cane starch. Blue roll is recycled paper and the cutlery is wood or bamboo.

Fresh

The food you get from Canoodle is cooked to order for you on the day. Better than that, it’s cooked right there in front of you when you order. Any fresher and it would make a run for it.

Unique 

With influences from Vietnamese, Cambodian, Malaysian and Sri Lankan cuisine this is truly an inspired menu. The offering changes frequently and is always under development, so every time you see these folks there is a new dish to try!
