63 Islands is a Birmingham based independently run company setup in May 2014. We aim to trade at markets, street food events, local festivals and private functions.
63 Islands cooks up food from the different Caribbean islands and serves them in a burrito style wrap. Our menu aims to truly represent the whole Caribbean by taking influences from Caribbean settlers such as the French, Spanish, Dutch, English and Indian.
With the vast number of Caribbean islands, we have the luxury to change our menu frequently. This will allow us to shine a light on lesser known island dishes and keep us relevant with our customer base.
63 Islands’ wraps are served in vegaware trays and biopack cups. Both are fully recyclable, meaning these lovely folks are pleasing your taste buds and the environment.
All vegetables are sourced directly from Birmingham’s specialist Caribbean and Asian markets, coming in fresh and then prepared by their dedicated team. They also grow most of their own herbs, to keep the flavours fresh.
63 Islands are giving you a whole new insight into Caribbean food. This is not just jerk chicken -there are over 7000 islands out there in total and so many flavours you will never get tired of trying them!
